Wish there was an option for 10 stars, because they deserve it, what an amazing company to work with ♥️ I absolutely LOVE Burch Brothers Flooring, they did an amazing job!! When I called to make an appointment to have someone measure,  Christine asked me about what colors I was looking for and then had Josh come out with several samples which were spot on. She listened to everything I said and Josh was extremely polite and answered all my questions I had. I got my estimate several days later only because I had a few different quotes that I was requesting. After I received my quotes and reviewed them against other companies, I decided to go with Burch Brothers because of their excellent customer service and their amazing reviews!  I have to say that I am so glad that I did. I absolutely love my new floors and cannot wait to show and tell everyone!!! I am very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the staff and installers. I purchased an older home that had 60+ year old laminate flooring and carpet that needed updating/replacing. They came in, assessed my needs, and installed red oak hardwood flooring that looks absolutely gorgeous! Everyone from the sales persons to office staff to installation crew were professional,  knowledgeable and patient with our questions.  We had new wood flooring installed and existing flooring refinished, and LVT installed in MBA and kitchen. Wonderful experience and very professional! They make the process so easy. I called and explained what I was looking for. Burch Brothers sent someone out to look at the space and take measurements. Once that part was complete, I went up to their showroom, Sarah had some floor samples waiting on me, she worked with me, listened to me, helped me decide what would be best for the different areas of the home, and all this with absolutely NO sales pressure! Burch Brothers allowed me to take a few sample back to the house to make sure i would be happy with the flooring and colors. Once we finalized which floors and colors i liked, Sarah scheduled the install. When the installers came out, they were on time, respectful of the work space and did a great job. Once the project was complete, I was amazed at how great things looked. I did notice one area in the bathroom I wanted to see corrected, Sarah had someone there in the next couple of days getting it straight. I loved that I could actually go to a business (physical location) and talk to them , see samples, have someone assist me in the project and then them standing behind their product and install. We are very pleased with our bedroom carpet.  The installers arrived on time and were efficient and professional.  I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done.  They even vacuumed the carpet before they left!   We enjoyed working with the office staff.  They worked with us to get the job done as soon as possible. Highly recommend Burch Brothers -- if they say it, they do it. Had to replace entire condo floor after water heater leak.  Working with Burch Brothers was not only easy and within budget, but everyone, from display floor to installation have been knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, capable, and went out of their way to make a stressful situation into a successful experience.  Finding the right product had been difficult (visited 4 other stores in the greater Raleigh area and many on line searches), but their staff patiently helped guide my search and I am very pleased with the results.
